It is your responsibility to notify hi88 support immediately if any of your personal details change. hi88 will not be held liable for any withdrawal or verification issues arising from outdated information.

General Bonus Rules

• One person, one device, one IP address, or one payment method — no bonus may be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.

Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless hi88 itself does so due to an error on its end.
• If an event is cancelled or left unresolved, the stake will be refunded. However, outcomes may be determined in accordance with specific rules.
• If a bet is not recorded due to a technical error, or is recorded at incorrect odds, hi88 reserves the right to void or correct it.
• Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds at the moment your bet is submitted are final.
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information will result in winnings being forfeited and the account being closed.

Hi88 sets maximum win limits per bet and per day. These limits vary by game type and market. Contact support for more details.

Section 06
Prohibited Activities & Fraud

Hi88 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, scripts, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets or play games.
• Creating multiple accounts under the same person to claim bonus or promotion benefits.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage. If you discover any such issue, please report it to hi88 immediately.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users.
• Using or reproducing hi88's intellectual property without authorization.

Section 09
Account Closure & Termination

You may close your account at any time at your own discretion. Simply email our support team to do so. Any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to you before the account is closed.

Account Closure by hi88

Hi88 may close or suspend an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
• Compromising the platform's security or harming other users' interests.

If an account is terminated due to a rule violation, all deposited funds and bonuses will be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

Hi88's total liability shall never exceed the actual funds deposited in your account.

Dispute Resolution Process

2. Step Two: If you are unsatisfied with the initial response, you may request a review. A final decision will be provided within 7 business days.
3. Step Three: If you are not satisfied with hi88's resolution, you may refer the matter to a recognized independent mediation body.

In disputes relating to betting outcomes, server logs and system records shall serve as the definitive evidence.

Changes to Terms & Enforceability

Hi88 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via a platform notice or email.

If any clause of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining clauses will continue to be fully valid and in effect. These terms and conditions are governed by international gaming laws and applicable regulations.
